Their personal story was not ready in time for the exhibition opening. So Molly Marina and PPP offer this little story to accompany them on their way. An artistic greeting from us.

The light in the window

In a street where the houses were all alike, every evening a small lamp stood in a window. It didn't illuminate the whole street or all the people who passed by. It just shone.

One evening a passerby stopped. The day had been long, and the way home seemed longer than usual. The light solved nothing. Yet there was something about it that made the next step easier.

Maybe Power starts like this. With something we can give, without knowing its reach. A look that lingers a little longer. A kindness that doesn't require an explanation. A small lamp that someone has chosen to turn on.

For Ewa, with the wish for room both to shine and to find light of her own.

A literary greeting from Molly Marina and PPP. Written for the person portrayed, this is an imaginative story, not an account of their life.
