My Power
I have always been told that I talked too much and that I was too much. I once thought it was a shame for me to stand out, but today it is a strength for me. Standing out has enabled me to create my own life and not feel like I have to look like others. It has also taught me to respect people's differences, where there is actually very little that is right or wrong. I believe in following passion and finding my way - so today I have many fine titles: mother, farmer, director, cofounder, investor, landlord, nature manager, keynote speaker, chairperson, municipality network representative, policy board member, board member. I have used my personal experiences to create the video e-learning software platform uQualio, where we help anyone with something on their mind to be able to share knowledge on video. My hope through uQualio is to be able to create positive learning worldwide, so that we can have more happy competent people. I can't change the past, but I create the future, so no matter where I go, I try to improve the world: Be the change that you want to see – because if everyone waits for the others, nothing will happen ;)
