My Power
I have known I wanted to be a teacher since I was eight. My dream was, and still is, to make a difference for children and young people. I loved being a teacher, but decided I could make a greater difference as a 'teacher' for teachers and leaders. Everything begins and everything ends. As an independent consultant, I focus on learning and leadership. I have written several books on teaching and am passionate about developing practice. I enjoy life: being a person, a wife, a mother, a friend, a sister, a runner, an author, self-employed, a teacher, a speaker, a consultant and more. I take a pragmatic approach to life and try to see possibilities and believe in the best, even when things are difficult. Because everything begins and everything ends.
