My Power
I would like to help inspire others to discover that there is a very strong Power in being curious, asking open questions and having an appetite for life. I think it is important that we remain curious and committed to remaining in a lifelong learning process. It is a great joy and satisfaction to be in an ongoing learning and development process. I enjoy acquiring new knowledge and getting new inspiration. If you get stuck and settle for everything that is familiar and comfortable, it can be the first step towards stagnation, both personally and professionally. I believe that it is important to have the courage to continually challenge yourself, to strive for new goals and challenges, and to live by Nelson Mandela's motto: "You either win or you learn something new." My own professional journey has been based on a high degree of professionalism and the ability to make rational, data-based decisions, which is characterized by a predominantly masculine energy. Recently, my knowledge and toolbox have been expanded with a more holistic perspective, innovative thinking, and more creativity, which I consider to be essential feminine energies. In my opinion, it is also a Power to be able to be open and curious instead of judging other people in advance,
