My Power
I was born in Korea and adopted into Denmark as a baby. I grew up in a small village in Jutland, but moved to Copenhagen when I was 18. I have always had a longing to see the world and travelled a lot before having children. In my late twenties, I became very ill, which set me on a personal journey lasting several years. I learnt a great deal about myself, not least about my limits. Today I am a mother of two children: Viola, aged seven, and Carl William, aged nine. Carl William has childhood autism and has been through three schools in one year. He struggles to fit into the predefined structures of the school system and society more broadly. I am an entrepreneur with Rebello Decor and ESG Fabrikken. I am passionate about creating a society where everyone can belong in their own way and be accepted, because I believe everyone has the right to a life with dignity. I am passionate about social impact through inclusion and diversity.
